Russell Brand has the strange distinction in my life of being the subject matter of quite probably the oddest argument I have ever had. It was back in the early 2010s, some time before either he or myself had become a theoriser of conspiracies, and I was at the time flat-sharing in North London with a friend I will call Jake.
You've hit the nail on head. The guys a greasy crack head with many tiny skeletons in his closet, I just don't understand why people can't see through his fakery? It's in his eyes, they are completely dead, souless, that's what I see.
Thanks acki, and I couldn't agree more - he's repulsive in every way and really does seem to have a "Rasputin"-like mystical hold over people, preventing them from seeing the obvious.
It's a harrowing read, but confirmatory of a lot of so-called "conspiracy theories" and sheds much light onto how the world and its high level actors really work. I stumbled across it in a charity shop a couple of years ago, and have recommended it many times since.
