When I was 13 or 14, I not infrequently went grocery shopping for the household, carrying the bags the short distance from the local Cooperative Pioneer to our house nearby (I would selflessly volunteer for this task so that I could insinuate a few processed packets and E-numbers in amongst the fruits, vegetables, and vegan sausages).
I'm currently writing a very long piece about the fact that, not to ruffle your feathers, we are not nearly as social animals as we are taught. Of course, I could be wrong, so I hope to get some constructive comments when it's published.
Always interesting to read an alternate perspective, so I look forward to it! I certainly think how sociable we as individuals are is on a spectrum, and that in general men are probably adapted to be a bit less social than women.
Exactly. Competition and all that. The best alpha male hunter of the tribe.
My point is that it's often turned against our best interests - it's called social engineering for a reason - and this whole 'right turn' of society is the scam of the day, built on an over-feminised culture of victimisation. What I'm trying to show is that in order to make the operation work, the social aspects are put front and centre, when it should be obvious that it's just the same old "sacrifice for the common good" being rehashed for the umpteenth time. As I'm fond to say, there is no common good. Good is anything but common, it's individual and it takes a lot of practice.
Met up with a couple of friends today that we hadn't seen for about a year. They both mentioned people they know that had died recently and said 'we're all just lucky we're still alive', which is a strange thing to say considering the four of us are all in our late fifties. Dying before 60 seems to have been totally normalised.
Very important article thanks Miri. We appear to be in a time when living is an act of defiance.
Thank you, Mick, and wow - that is a chilling and revealing story. Unfortunately I think you're right - I think we're being sculpted to believe living after 60 is some sort of luxury and privilege. This idea was also seeded by the super-social-engineery Star Trek, where there was an episode about a culture of people who were all required to die by euthanasia at 60 so as to not become a burden to society: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Half_a_Life_(Star_Trek:_The_Next_Generation)
They will push that bill through Miri. As you know, it's part of the demoralizing with a touch of "you won't have to suffer anymore". I know people who have gone through assisted death, called MAID where I live.
Horrendous. One poor fellow with ALS requested it. He could only move his hands. After numerous jabbings to try and find a vein (only by a doctor), another doctor had to be brought in to "help" out. All the while, the patient is screaming, "get the f*ckg thing over with!!!" The people who were in the room are still traumatized after watching the display of the uneducated death squad. This is not a pleasant way to die at all, no matter what compassionate nonsense they tell you it is. These doctors are happily killing people and most likely getting paid a lot for it.
This is an interview with Jordan Peterson and Kelsi Sheren. The comments are even more telling!!
Thanks Farleyboy, and that's a truly heartbreaking story. I know there are no shortage of them in Canada, and as you say, these doctors are indeed getting paid handsomely for it. It's demonic.
However bad it gets, I intend to cling on regardless, if only to spite the government into another pension payment.
Exactly, Kevin! One of the best reasons to stubbornly survive as long as one possibly can is because it will so infuriate the government....
Hi Miriam.
Indeed, and you may recall that I approached this topic in a semi-humorous way a few months ago: https://therealskidmark.substack.com/p/are-you-far-right

Thanks so much for sharing. Those comments are terrifying. It's sounding like loved ones are essential for survival!
Why would anybody eat vegan sausages?
Miri, you can truly see the big picture and put it into words like no one else. I so appreciate your articles and agree!
Thank you very much, anon!
Absolutely agree, Miri.
Great article. We've come a long way from Hancock's "Don't kill granny"...
I sometimes wonder how Yuval Noah Harari would get along with George Bernard Shaw:

Any idea if this person is related to Kim Leadbeater?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Webster_Leadbeater
I came across his page while looking into the Blavatsky/Alice Bailey/Theosophy connection.
Recently read about him too in Dr Jacob Nordangard’s Temple of Solomon - I hadn’t made that connection - interesting.
Didn't know about that - as you say, interesting.
Wern't Wes Streeting and Starmer both Fabians?
Yes, something like 140 odd in the current Labour Parliament I believe. And as Miri says all Labour leaders in the party’s history.
Thanks. These things are ‘disappeared’ from their websites.

Thanks for this Miri, it made me smile and also look up ways to meet folk face to face.
